Young and Restless star Donnie Boise reveals that he will leave the long-running TV series … although he will not be replaced or killed
After more than a year and over 100 episodes, Donnie Bois bid farewell to the TV series The Young and the Restless.
Boaz was signed to play Philip “Chance” Chancellor IV in The Young and the Restless again in November 2019.
The 40-year-old actor took to Instagram on Monday to release a lengthy statement, assuring that he would not be replaced by another actor or killed.

Sad news: Tomorrow, Monday, 01/21/21, as of now… My last date will be on air in “Youth and Anxiety,” Boaz began.
This is what I know … I am told that chance is never exchanged or killed. The actor added that he wouldn’t be there anymore.
With no reworking or killing of his character, it is possible that Boaz will come back in some form or form, but for now, his work in soap is over, with the actor adding, ‘Overall, I’m grateful and grateful for this great opportunity.’

After 108 episodes of the drama series, the actor was confident, “I’m going to get away from this better in my profession than I was before I started.”

Aside from his work on soap, he’s busy elsewhere as well, recurring in Starz’s P-Valley, guest-starring in Star Trek: Picard and starring in Assassin 33 AD
He would next appear on the big screen in Flip Turn and Spring Break ’83, with several other projects in various stages of production and development.
