Rare’s Xbox Live Arcade remaster canceled from N64 GoldenEye 007 shooter is fully revealed in a two-hour video.

In 2007, Microsoft-owned Rare developed a classic N64 HD re-version to be released on XBLA, but copyright disputes led to the project being closed. According to Graslu00, a version of the game will be released sometime in 2021.

While the XBLA remaster never saw the light of day, we eventually got a whole new version on the Wii with GoldenEye 007 of the same title in 2010. This version, developed by Eurocom and published by Activision, was later awarded an HD port on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 As GoldenEye 007: Reloaded 2011.
